Fazl says Imran uses ‘thuggery’ even for collecting donation
ISLAMABAD: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F), Mualana Fazl-ur-Rehman on Wednesday said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman, Imran Khan employs ‘thuggery and terrorism’ even for an act like collection of donation.

On Tuesday Imran Khan had said that he did not want National Assembly seats in grant.

Reacting to Imran Khan’s statement, the Maulana while talking to media persons said: “Imran Khan asks for his seats to be given to him in grant and he uses thuggery even for asking this favour.”

On this Speaker National Assembly, Ayaz Sadiq announced to expunge the words ‘thuggery’ from the proceedings.

This led Mualana Fazl-ur-Rehman to come up with other expressions to replace ‘thuggery’. He came up with one word after another and drew many laughs and desk thumping from a large number of parliamentarians.

Those who seemed to have enjoyed this the most were parliamentarians of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM). Their excitement was revealed from their loudest banging of the desks.

Even Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif began to smile on the jugglery of words by the Maulana.
