Pakistan Air Force: A symbol of pride for the nation

KARACHI: In a fast evolving world where technological advancements are changing how we perceive and address threats; the air force still remains any country’s primary deterrent, defending and attacking force.

Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has proven its mettle time and time again defending the motherland, sacrificing lives, safeguarding our tomorrows. It lends its prowess to the army on the ground and the navy at sea defending against enemy advances and quashing terrorists.

With a fleet comprising a mix of F-16, JF-17, Mirage variants and force multipliers in the form of airborne early warning and control system aircrafts and air refueling aircrafts the PAF has the capability of dealing with any threat using a variety of conventional and if needed, nuclear weapons.

With the help of China, Pakistan Air Force is also producing the JF-17 multi-role fighter aircraft along with the Mushhak and Karakoram training aircraft and UAVs.

The PAF is looking to increase it JF-17 squadron by adding 150 more units into its fleet.

Through rigorous training during peace-time, PAF has produced some of the finest pilots and engineers in the world and to enable the brave fighters to continue quashing any nefarious designs Pakistan’s enemies might have, the government continues to strive to equip the air force with the latest air craft missile technology.
