PML-N, PPP leaders deny contact between Nawaz, Zardari

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz Spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb denied on Tuesday that telephonic contact took place between Nawaz Sharif and former president Asif Ali Zardari.

Pakistan People’s Party leader Farhatullah Babar also turned down the news that any contact was established.

Aurangzeb said that the media should refrain from making speculations in this regard.

Babar said that there is no truth to the news published on social media about it.

On Monday, Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari called on Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif, where the two sides exchanged views on political situation of the country.
