Protest against CNG closure in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Protesters blocked the Expressway here on Monday due to non-availability of public transport and suspended the traffic, Geo News reported.

According to sources, commuters were waiting for the transport since 6 am and could not find any till 9 am. Agitated over the situation, people blocked one section of the Expressway and protested against the transport strike.

Protest against CNG closure also took place in Bara Kahu area where the protesters blocked the main road.
