Travis Kelce's mom gives Sherri Shepherd valuable parenting advice

Travis Kelce’s mom Donna Kelce recently met the comedian Sherri Shepherd and gave her some valuable parenting advice for her son.

In the recent episode of The Sherri Shepherd Show on April 28 Sherri revealed that she met Momma Kelce and received parental guidance from the mom of two.

"When I went somewhere, I recently met Jason and Travis Kelce’s mother Donna. I met her and I also want to say, Jason and Travis Kelce’s mama and Taylor Swift’s future mother-in-law," Shepherd joked.

"But I met Donna and she was so sweet and she was giving me advice about raising boys, and she said, ‘Sherri, you gotta let your son go out and make mistakes, otherwise you’re going to have a grown man living in your basement,'" Shepherd continued.

It is pertinent to mention that Shepherd is mom to son Jeffrey, 19, whom she shares with ex-husband Jeff Tarpley.

During the show, Shepherd mentioned that her son spent all his spring break at home and that Donna's words have been "ringing in her ears."

She continued, "Donna, I want to thank you for the advice and I want to say this to Jeffrey. 'Jeffrey, I just wanna say to you, if you’re watching Mama right now, come up from the basement. Get up out of that basement right now.'"

For those unversed, Sherry Shepherd is an American comedian, actress, and television personality, known for her daytime talk show The View, for which she also received multiple Emmy Award nominations.

She is currently hosting the daily syndicated daytime talk show, Sherri.
