Taylor Swift has made headlines once again, not for her music, but for her generosity.
The 35-year-old pop icon awarded a $100,000 bonus to a crew member, Robert, in recognition of his contributions during the U.S. leg of her record-breaking Eras Tour.
A handwritten note from Swift, shared by the blog Pop Base on X, expressed her gratitude: "Robert, Thank you for your superb work on the U.S. Leg of The Eras Tour!! Your well-deserved bonus is $100,000. Love, Taylor."
According to Daily Mail, this act of generosity is just one example of the singer’s appreciation for her team.
Earlier, it was reported that Swift distributed a staggering $197 million in bonuses across her entire tour crew, which included truck drivers, caterers, dancers, and other essential staff.
Moreover, the Eras Tour, spanning 21 months and 149 shows across 21 countries, grossed an unprecedented $2 billion, making it the highest-grossing tour of all time, as per the publication.
Additionally, the three-hour, 40-song setlist, showcasing distinct "eras" of her 10 studio albums, further solidified her legendary status.
Beyond the stage, Swift’s tour inspired additional projects, including the Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour concert movie and The Eras Tour Book, which sold over 800,000 copies in its debut, as per the outlet.
