David Schwimmer reveals he ‘blocked’ THIS past role from his memory

David Schwimmer has opened up about one of his past roles that he “blocked out of his memory.”

Recently during an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the Friends actor looked back at the clips of his past work.

As the clip from his past teen drama Blossom popped up, where David played the love interest of Jenna Von Oy, the actor quickly questioned his casting, saying, “aren’t I way too old to go out with [her].”

It is worth mentioning that David recalled he was around 26 or 27 at the time, meanwhile Jenna was 16.

He said, “Why did they cast me? What? That is… wait a minute. That is so inappropriate! Who cast me on that show?!”

“I don’t understand. I think I blocked that out of my memory – that whole experience,” the actor added.

David went on to say that at the time he “was just a young actor grateful for any kind of work.”

“I was still waiting tables before and after I shot that. That was 1993 and that was Blossom – and my inappropriate casting on that show,” he added.
