Janelle Brown, the ex-wife of Kody Brown, is all set to kick off the new year with a bold detox plan and a refreshed morning routine.

After a tough 2024, which included the end of her long marriage to Kody and the loss of her son Garrison, Janelle has decided to make 2025 the year she “remakes her life from the ground up.”

In the latest episode of Sister Wives, the 55-year-old talked about how hard it was to change old habits.

Sharing her default habits, she shared, “I have become a default person who grabs my phone, gets on my social media, whatever, answers emails, before I even get out of bed.”

The mother of six went on to admit by saying, “I’ve known for a long time that didn’t serve me. But I couldn’t just get out of the habit, so I’ve started a morning routine. I personally looked at a few. I’m doing the Morning Miracle—Miracle Morning—sorry, don’t even know what it’s called yet, but it’s awesome.”

Janelle is now determined to follow a personal development practice called the “Miracle Morning” to change her mornings.

She concluded by mentioning that it is about “choosing the hard things” and “choosing the things that keep one moving forward” early in the day.

It is pertinent to mention that Janelle and Kody Brown called it quits in September 2022 after 29 years of marriage.
