Katie Price releases first statement after medical check-up

Katie Price recently updated her fans and followers after undergoing a series of medical check-ups.

The 46-year-old model, who previously admitted battling with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, a terminal lung disease, updated her fans on Snapchat, saying, “So I thought I'd give an update about yesterday when I went and had my lungs checked.”

“Obviously I had them checked because my mum had a lung transplant,” the former said, adding, “And to see if it's genetic and to see if vaping has affected my lungs or anything like that.”

She went on to say, “But my lungs are absolutely perfect, nothing wrong with them, and he gave me advice how to get off the vapes.”

According to Price, she is starting to wean herself off the vapes.

Before concluding, the mother of five said, “But yeah it's all good news, they're all working well and they're really good lungs, especially for my age. So all good! I'm all healthy!”

Katie Price’s Snapchat update comes within a week after she addressed her dramatic weight loss and insisted to her Instagram followers she is at her natural weight after gaining it during IVF treatment.
