Blake Lively shares her 'intense year' amid Justin Baldoni feud

Blake Lively has opened up about the challenges of this year amid her legal battle with It Ends With Us co-star, Justin Baldoni.

While appearing on Late Night With Seth Meyers, she candidly discussed that she has been through the "highest highs and lowest lows" of her life in recent months.

“I have had a pretty intense year,” A Simple Favor actress admitted.

Highlighting how women can’t take a stand for themselves in society she said, “I see so many women around afraid to speak, especially now, afraid to share their experience. Fear is by design, it’s what keeps us silent.”

While showing gratitude for having the advantage to speak up for herself, Lively continued, “But I also acknowledge that many people don’t have the opportunity to speak, so I do feel fortunate that I have been able to.”

However, the Hollywood actress ensured that her children, James, Inez, Betty and Olin, weren’t impacted by her intense day.

It is pertinent to mention in December, Blake Lively filed a lawsuit against Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment and running a 'smear campaign' against her.

In response to this, he filed a counter lawsuit against her and her husband, Ryan Reynold, for $400 million in damages on claim of defamation, civil extortion and invasion of privacy.
