Prince Harry’s interview with BBC’s Nada Tawfik has seemingly elicited a response from a close pal of the King.

This friend in question spoke to The Sunday Times about the royals’ reaction rather candidly.

The pal explained, “Harry just sees conspiracy every time a decision doesn’t go in his direction.”

“He is like a gambler in a casino who can’t walk away - he just doubles down.”

“Even when he speaks of reconciliation, it is laced with threats and anger,” they explained.

So “it’s not that the King won’t speak to him - it’s that he can’t.”

After all “how can you have a private and delicate conversation when you know it is going to end up on a news special within hours? Perhaps if he tried to earn rather than demand a reconciliation, things might go a little better for him.”

All in all “it’s just very tragic,” they went as far as to admit.

For those unversed with Prince Harry’s admissions during that interview, he talked about being “unable” to get through to his dad who could greatly impact is Appeals Court case. As well as his fears about his cancer diagnosis.

“I don’t know how much longer my father has. He won’t speak to me because of this security stuff,” he said at the time.
