Justin Baldoni lawyer fires back at Blake Lively after legal loss

Justin Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, fired back at Blake Lively, saying she cannot handle negative criticism.

Speaking with Megyn Kelly on her The Megyn Kelly Show, the attorney said Lively tried to blame others instead of taking responsibility for her own actions.

He suggested this reaction made things worse and questioned if it was good for her career or family.

"I think that was something that she couldn't handle," Freedman said. "Whether that's an interesting narcissism quality, or otherwise, I don't know, not a doctor, but, but I can tell you this, the result of it was her scurrying around, trying to blame someone else for why her own behavior seemed to be the cause of people not liking her."

He continued, "And that spiraled into something that was completely out of control. Whenever do you see someone make a red carpet, walk and go out in the press and bring all of their friends into this and make this situation bigger than what it is?"

"Is this good for her? Is this good for her career? Is this good for her children? Is this good for her family?" Freedman added.

Freedman also said many people have started sharing stories about how Lively treated others poorly, including reporters and waitstaff, which may be why some now say they don’t like her.

"We haven't seen that yet, and that's why many people out there are finding evidence about how she's behaved, how she's treated reporters, how she's treated people, how she's treated individuals, how she's treated waiting staff and others, and saying 'it's not okay. We don't like you,'" the actor’s lawyer said.

This comes after Baldoni faced a major defeat as his countersuit against the Hollywood’s power couple was dismissed by the judge.

According to latest reports, the actor’s lawsuit against the couple, their publicist, along with lawsuit against The New York Times, has been dropped by Judge Lewis J. Liman.

Per People Magazine, the judge decided to throw out the $400 million lawsuit which had claimed that Lively and Reynolds tried to blackmail him and hurt his reputation.
