Kelly Ripa makes rare comment about Mark Consuelos aging: 'It bothers me'

Kelly Ripa has a funny complaint about her husband Mark Consuelos

In a recent chat on Live with Kelly and Mark on June 30, the couple and co-host were discussing ideal age gaps in a relationship.

The pair agreed that the best difference between couples should be between zero to three years.

Taking advantage of the topic, Kelly teasingly said that her and Mark's small age gap still bothers her.

It is pertinent to mention that Kelly and Mark both are 54 years old.

The reason behind her playful resentment is that Mark is not aging the way she is.

"Every day that I wake up aging 6 months more than you…," Ripa said jokingly.

"It bothers you," Consuelos asked. "It bothers me," she continued.

"Like, I resent the fact that you just aren’t aging. At all. In any way. Not even a little bit."

Mark responded with a laugh, "I’m fine with it."

Kelly went on to joke again, "It's your fault."

She noted that Mark had just started getting three gray hairs and acted surprised.

"He’s like, ‘Can you see it? Can you see the gray hairs?’"

But comparing her aging signs Kelly added, "If I plucked out my gray hairs, I’d be bald. Completely bald. Totally bald."
