Princess Kate kicked off the festive season in true royal style, offering fans an early glimpse of the magic behind her annual Christmas carol service.
Just hours before guests arrive at Westminster Abbey, the Princess of Wales revealed a behind the scenes look at the preparations.
Westminster Abbey set the tone first, sharing a photo of its grand interior on Twitter, glowing under white lights and red bows, announcing, “The finishing touches are being made ahead of Together at Christmas.”
Soon after, Kate added her own touch of charm, posting a new YouTube video featuring familiar favourites Dame Mary Berry, Angellica Bell and Tom Allen.
Tonight’s service, now in its fifth year, will welcome 1,600 guests for one of Kate’s most meaningful traditions.
The celebration brings together families, community heroes and well-known names, with readings by Hollywood icons Kate Winslet and Chiwetel Ejiofor, plus a heartfelt appearance from Prince William.
One standout moment of this year’s service will be a performance by young musicians from Future Talent, the charity founded by the late Duchess of Kent to champion gifted children from low-income families.
Kensington Palace also treated followers to another set of images, showcasing a towering Christmas tree decked with poinsettias, bold red ornaments and candle-style lights, along with stunning shots of the Abbey’s stained glass and pulpit dressed for the evening.
For the Princess, this gathering is more than a concert, it’s a carefully crafted moment designed to unite and begin the holiday season on a joyful note.
