King Charles team issues delightful announcement: ‘Welcome back'

The Royal Family is known to value traditions and values carried on for generations, and it is a rare moment to witness a break in any of those.

One of the most cherished family customs for the family is to gather at the Balmoral Castle in Scotland, for their annual breaks. It was one of the beloved spots for Elizabeth II and the family continues to honour that place.

King Charles and the rest of the members also have a fondness attached to the place and hence, the public will be able to experience the wonder that pulls the royals back every time.

The Palace announced that they would be welcoming visitors for the new season in special announcement.

“We’re delighted to welcome visitors back to Balmoral for our 2026 Autumn Opening,” it read

“The grounds and gardens are now open to explore, along with the Ballroom Exhibition and Mews Gift Shop, while our Restaurant is ready to welcome you during your visit.”

They added that the autumn opening runs through to November 1st, and anyone interested can get their tickets online.

“A selection of special experiences will also take place throughout the autumn and early winter, including Castle Interior Tours, Evenings at Balmoral and Balmoral Expedition Tours,” it continued.

“Whether you’re returning to Balmoral or visiting us for the first time, we look forward to welcoming you this autumn.”

The update comes at the heels of the tough time that King Charles has been facing, especially with calls for reparations and the family drama taking place. It had all been aggravated after Charles Spencer released Diana’s memoir.
