Around 100 'officers on deputation' sent back

KARCHI: Sindh government has decided to send around one hundred officers on deputation back to their respective departments, Geo News reported.

Sources said that the officers were working in different departments in the province, who now have been told to report back to the departments they came from.

The decision has been taken in the light of Supreme Court’s orders.

Earlier the Supreme Court had directed the chief secretary and the secretary of the Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD) to appear on Thursday along with a list of Sindh government officials working on deputation/induction from other departments.
