Rangers, outlaws exchange fire, one killed in Lyari

KARACHI: An accused was killed and two others arrested after exchange of fire between outlaws and Rangers in Lyari on Thursday night, Geo News reported.

According to Rangers, the paramilitary personnel conducted raid at a den of outlaws near Crown Cinema at Maripur Road. The miscreants opened fire on Rangers which was retaliated.

In retaliation, three criminals were injured who were rushed to Civil Hospital. An accused identified as Hanif succumbed to injured in the hospital.

Four Kalashnikovs, TT pistol and hand grenade were recovered from the custody of accused.
