KARACHI: Aurangzaib Farooqui, leader of Ahle-e-Sunnat Jamaat, was injured while his three guards and a driver were killed when unidentified armed men opened fire on his vehicle in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Geo News reported.
According to details, armed miscreants opened fire on Farooqui’s vehicle near Moti Mehal in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, killing his three guards and a driver on the spot, while he sustained bullet injuries.
Ahl-e-Sunnat leader Taj Muhammad Hanfi has confirmed the killing of guards and driver and said the condition of Farooqui is stable.
