KARACHI: President Karachi Electronics and Small Traders Association Muhammad Irfan, who was shot and injured on Thursday night, died of his wounds at a local hospital late on Sunday night, Geo News reported.
He was attacked by unknown assailants near Abdullah College. Trader fraternity has announced to shut their businesses to protest the killing on Monday.
Irfan would be laid to rest at Paposhnagar graveyard after funeral prayers at Masjid Tayyaba, North Nazimabad. Moreover, at least eleven people were killed in different parts of the city in the ongoing spate of targeted killings.
