Lahore lawyer Zain Ghaffar killed in a targeted firing

LAHORE: Some unknown persons in a targeted firing killed a lawyer identified as Zain Ghaffar on Wednesday here, Geo News reported.

Sources said that as soon as the lawyer came out of his house located in Y block some motorbike riders opened fire targeting him, which resulted in his instantaneous death.

Police said that the deceased Zain Ghaffar’s brother was also killed six month ago in Gojranawala and he was pursuing his brother’s murder case.

The deceased Zain Ghaffar had a dispute with a Gojranawala party over 300 kanal of land and Gojranawala police had advised Zain Ghaffar to remain cautious.
