Jang Group to file lawsuit against Imran Khan’s allegations

KARACHI: Spokesman of Geo and Jang Group Monday discarded the allegations leveled by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan today in Lahore against the group as offensive, unfounded, fabricated and based on lies.

This is not the first time that Imran Khan has hurled baseless allegations against Jang Group which had taken notice of the same.

This time too, the Jang Group has not only taken notice of the latest allegations but also decided to go into litigation.

The spokesman has hoped that Imran Khan will, in the very first hearing of the case, produce all the evidence before the honourable court in support of all the allegations he has leveled so far. It is also hoped that Imran Khan will not push his lawyers to get lengthy extensions and delay the proceedings in a bid to find escape.

The spokesman further said that Jang Group is not only filing a civil suit but also a criminal one on the latest allegations.
