WAPDA wins National Cycling Race
QUETTA: Nisar Ahmed from WAPDA has won the National Level Road race from Quetta to Ziarat, Geo News reported. The race was organised by the Pakistan Cycling Federation in collaboration with its Balochistan chapter.
The race covered a distance of 122 KM and the winner Nisar Ahmed covered the distance in 3 hours,19 minutes and 50 seconds. Second place went to Habibullah from Sui Northern, who covered the distance in 3 hours and 20 minutes.
All the affiliated units of the PCF, four provinces, Army, WAPDA, Railways and Sui Southern Gas Company prepared their teams for participation. Balochistan Sports Secretary Muhammad Saqib Aziz inaugurated the race.
