Sheryl Crow just made her comeback to the field of music on March 29, 2024, with the release of her latest album.

The 62-year-old singer-songwriter launched the album titled, Evolution on Friday and also made an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers.

Crow performed the title track of the album, Evolution, on Thursday’s episode and also addressed her friendship with the popstar, Olivia Rodrigo, during her interview.

"I met her at Billboard Women in Music. And I just really liked her. I'd already had her record, and I love the way she wrote. It's very punk. It's like The Breeders meets Deborah Harry,” Crow said, recalling when she met the Traitor hit-maker.

"And then I met her, and I was so impressed with just how down to earth and together she is. Kinda unfazed by it. I've gotten to know her since then, and I really, I adore her," she added.

Sheryl Crow’s album Evolution, which features the singles Alarm Clock, Do It Again and Digging in the Dirt along with six other songs, is followed by her album Threads, which was released five years ago.
