Taylor Swift might just have another influential personality from the entertainment industry vibing to her music.

Shawn Levy, a famous film director, spoke to PEOPLE in an exclusive conversation at the 2024 Cinemacon during the Big Screen Achievement Awards, revealing his favourite Taylor Swift song.

"I am a father of four girls, so I'm going old school: 'Never Grow Up,' " Levy said, talking of Swift's ballad belonging to the artist’s third studio album, Speak Now.

"It has me on the floor crying every time. It's a throwback," he added.

Levy met the 34-year-old songstress via Ryan Reynolds and his wife, Blake Lively.

The 14-time-Grammy winner later proceeded to offer the 55-year-old the role to play her father in the video for All Too Well: The Short Film, which she directed.

"You have to understand, my daughters are between the ages of 12 to 24. So Taylor Swift has been their only shared idol for that entire span of their lives," Levy said in a separate interview to PEOPLE magazine back in October.

"When she asked me to be in the video for All Too Well, and I was able to bring all four daughters to be in that video with me, I got dad cred for life," Levy further stated, revealing how much of a great deal it was for him to work with Taylor Swift.
