Channing Tatum hits out at Jenna Dewan amid divorce settlement

Channing Tatum is set on making brutal demands in his divorce lawsuit against Jenna Dewan.

His strong take comes after he and his ex-wife of eight years made a mutual request for each other to show up at the recent hearing.

Jenna stated that she wants the both of them to "testify regarding all issues related to the parties' marriage including business and financial activities."

On the other hand, Channing also requested for her, as well as her fiancé Steve Kazee, to show up in court.

However, in his new motion, the Step Up actor stated Jenna shouldn’t get spousal or child support as she has never requested either from him.

“In addition, [Tatum] has been paying for all of the minor child’s school tuition, health insurance, and the vast majority of her out of pocket medical expenses, extracurricular activities, and other expenses,” his lawyer noted.

With a hearing due this week, Channing also argued that Jenna has cohabited with her fiancé, “with whom she has a three-year-old child and currently pregnant with her second child, for at least five years.”
