Shania Twain just revealed how she can relate to the massive success and hectic schedules along with packed tours of Taylor Swift.

In an exclusive interview to Haute Living on the account of celebrating the silver jubilee of her hit album, Come on Over, Twain praised Swift’s passion and work ethics.

"It wasn’t like I intended on being a trailblazer or anything; I never even realized I would be. I was just trying to be original, my authentic self, and to do it with conviction,” the 58-year-old artist told the outlet.

She continued, “I’m an expressive person, and I put that into my music. I was saying it with attitude and with confidence because I meant it."

Amongst many artists, Shania Twain has received flowers from Swift as well as gratitude for inspiration.

Speaking of the Lover crooner, the Forever and Always singer said, "That girl is working her butt off. She is living an exhausting existence, but she’d dedicated and committed to herself, to her art, and her work.”

"So, I would say that I’m most proud of my perseverance, and that I didn’t waste my talents," she added as she compared her work to Taylor Swift’s, finding similarities in their artistry.
