Prince William gets Royal seal of approval from Princess Charlotte over new look

Prince William has finally received his little Princess’ seal of approval over his new bearded look.

In an interview during his South Africa visit last year, the Prince of Wales revealed that Princess Charlotte Charlotte cried when she first saw his beard and made him remove it.

However, the Prince revealed he was able to convince his 9-year-old that it was okay. "Well Charlotte didn't like it the first time,” William said.

"I got floods of tears, the first one I got tears, so I have to shave it off. And then I grew it back. I thought, hang on a second, and I convinced her it was going to be okay.”

Speaking on the matter, a hair expert said it's normal for kids to be surprised by changes in their parents' appearance.

Jack Miles told GB News, "Change is difficult for everyone. Children don't expect change at a younger age, so with him having a beard it would had been a shock, but I think Charlotte would have been able to get over it.

"Normal people dye their hair, they get it cut, they grow it out and guys shave and let their beard grow so I think it's normal for Charlotte to be confused."
