Dancing on Ice contestant Chelsee Healey has recalled frightening accident that occured during her training session.

Speaking with MailOnline Chelsee revealed that she was practicing with her professional skating partner Andy Buchanan when she suffered a painful fall.

"It is intense, and you use body parts that I didn't even know I had, like I fell on me, coccyx. That taught me a lesson because I fell on my coccyx, and I got up and went all dizzy, and fainted. So that was actually really scary," Chelsee said.

She went on to add, "Andy picked me up and dragged me off the ice. I was all dizzy, and then I just went. But we got through that."

However, Chelsee revealed she isn't afraid of pushing her limits, adding that she's still up for attempting big, daring moves like the “headbanger."

"They don't scare me, the headbangers. I'm so game for the lift. I just really know that I'm in the best hands with him," she said.

Chelsee shared that she joined Dancing On Ice to inspire her daughters, Coco, 7, and Cookie, 11 months, adding, "I did it to show my daughters that you can be really scared and feel like you can't do something, but if you go for it, anything is possible. I want them to think that if you put the mind to something, they can do it."

Moreover, she also expressed excitement about her daughters attending the launch show on Sunday.

"They are coming to watch me on Sunday. My eldest is so excited, I won't be surprised if she tries to run onto the ice or something, because she'd be that excited. Normally I'm in a baggy tracksuit and have a mum bun, so to be able to get dressed up like this once a week will be amazing. It doesn't happen very often for me now," Chelsee said.
