The Simpsons took to their Instagram page to speak up about the tragic wildfires raging across Los Angeles.

The entire fictional family can be seen standing in their town, Springfield, including, Marge, Bart, Lisa and Homer as well as their pets Santa’s Little Helper and Snowball.

The parents hold on to a banner that claims "We Love You LA” while their son displays a smaller one that lists the neighborhoods, "Palisades, Altadena, Pasadena, Sierra Madre, Topanga, Malibu and everyone impacted.”

Lisa, on the other hand, can be seen holding the state’s flower, California poppies.

The Palisades fires have tragically burned down approximately 23,713 acres, and according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, 39% has been contained as of 17 January.

The Eaton Fire, on the other hand, is 65% contained and has caused damage to 14,117 acres.

The cause for the fires has been speculated to be bizarrely high winds or potentially, arson. There have been a total of 27 fatalities so far, while thousands of people have seen their properties destroyed.

Approximately 12,300 structures have reportedly been caught in the relentless path of the wildfires.
