Chris Lane, wife Lauren open up about their shocking pregnancy

Chris Lane and his wife Lauren Lane were not sure about baby number three.

For the unversed, the couple already have two sons, Dutton, who is about to turn 4 this coming June, and Baker, who is 2½.

Now, Chris and Lauren are over the moon as they will become a family of five in November this year and the news of their third baby’s arrival was shared on social media on Thursday, May 29.

Now conversing with PEOPLE magazine, the 35-year-old TV personality and the mother of two laughingly said, “Needless to say, cycle tracking isn’t the most effective thing.”

She added, “But clearly, I’m just gonna go with the belief that it was meant to be, and this little human being is meant to be on this earth. I’m kind of glad that we didn’t have to make the decision. It was just decided for us.”

Chris, the 40-year-old American singer and songwriter whose new album, Shade Tree, is coming out on June 20, quipped, “It’s very exciting.”

He went on to cheerfully admit that “I’m exhausted just thinking about having a newborn. I’m too old for this!”
