Jonathan Bailey spills reason behind PDA-packed meeting with Scarlett Johansson

Jonathan Bailey revealed the real behind kissing costar and friend Scarlett Johansson on red carpets.

The Jurassic World Rebirth costars have shown affection for each other on red carpets by kissing each other, first time they kissed at the London premiere of their new film and second time last night at the film’s NYC premiere.

Addressing their intimate gesture for each other in public, Bailey told ET that it’s their way of showing love for each other as friends.

“I believe in being able to show love in all different ways,” the Fellow Travellers actor noted.

"And if you can’t kiss your friends… life’s too short not to,” Bailey remarked.

At the New York premiere of the film, Johansson’s husband, Colin Jost was also present. The actress shares two-year-old son Cosmo with Jost.

Johansson is also mom to 10-year-old daughter Rose whom she shares with ex Romain Dauriac.

Jurassic World Rebirth is all set to hit theaters on July 2.
