Dua Lipa reveals 'the beauty' of 'Saturday Night Live' amid upcoming gig

Dua Lipa just expressed her excitement over the upcoming gig she scored for Saturday Night Live.

Before Dua Lipa appears on the famous comedy show performing double duty as the host and the musical guest, she spoke on SiriusXM’s The Morning Mash Up to discuss whether she would break character on stage or not.

"It's gonna be fun. I'm ready. I'm prepped," the 28-year-old songstress told the radio program.

Amid the recent release of her album, Radical Optimism, Lipa also explained that she's equally nervous about "both" jobs on Saturday Night Live or SNL.

"I was having this conversation with Bowen Yang who is also on SNL, and I was telling him about the last time when I performed on SNL during the dress rehearsal," she added.

Dua Lipa further clarified her stance on breaking character while performing for SNL, saying, "I'm gonna try [not to break]. I'm gonna try my best. I'm gonna try my best. We'll see. I mean, I think also it's kind of the beauty of it. I love when all the actors break because it just makes me crack up."
