Ryan Gosling, Eva Mendes kids dismiss parents' fame

Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes' daughters doesn't care if their parents are celebrities.

During an interview with PEOPLE, Gosling shared that to his daughters, Esmeralda Amada, 9, and Amada Lee, 8 they are simply mom and dad.

The actor highlighted his daughter's reaction to wife Eva Mendes' guest appearance on the beloved children's show Bluey.

Mendes, who voiced a yoga instructor in a 2021 episode of the hit series, did not receive the excitement expected from her daughters.

"Eva was on an episode of Bluey, we both thought it was going to be huge" he added, "They didn't like it, They were like, ‘Fast-forward through that part!’"

Further talking about their disinterest, Gosling shared that despite his enthusiasm for performing his own stunts in The Fall Guy, his daughters were adamant about him avoiding any scenes involving fire.

He said, "My kids didn't want me to be set on fire, They were like, ‘No. No fire.’ So I didn't do it."
