A house, where "Friends" star Matthew Perry, died was in danger of destruction as wildfires swept swathes of California.
Local media reported that Perry's former Pacific Palisades home — where he tragically died in 2023 — was under immediate threat amid the wildfire ravaging the celeb-loved Los Angeles enclave.
According to Daily Mail, the four-bedroom, five-bathroom abode was sold for a whopping $8.55 million to its current owner less than three months ago.
The news outlet reported that the property was surrounded by fire on Wednesday, with neighbors on Blue Sail Drive sharing horrifying footage of the rapidly approaching blaze to social media.
Realtor.com said in a latest report on Thursday that the the new owner of the property has shared her relief at learning that the house survived the deadly wildfires.
The website reported that Anita Verma-Lallian purchased the house for $8.55 million. The woman later revealed that she planned to use it as a vacation home for her family, who are based in Scottsdale, AZ.
