Comedian and actress Ilana Glazer recently revealed the Broad City scene she believes is the most underrated.

On the January 16 episode of PEOPLE in 10, the 37-year-old articulated that there is a specific line from the Comedy Central series Broad City that she thinks should be quoted more often.

Calling to mind, she quipped, “In [season 5, episode 9] — in the second to last episode ever — Abbi and Ilana are on drugs, realizing that they’re codependent. And they’re like, 'We’re little codees! We’re little codees!’”

Glazer added, “And it never, like, picked up as its own thing, and I think it should, because I’m so codependent with so many people. I could use that line myself.”

For the unversed, the popular comedy series Broad City, which aired from 2014 to 2019, followed best friends Abbi and Ilana as they experienced young adulthood in New York City.

Notably, at first, the Rough Night actress created the show as a web series with her real-life best friend and creative partner, Abbi Jacobson.

Later, Amy Poehler, the Mean Girls star, came across the show and supported the idea and helped get it on the air.

It is pertinent to mention that since the series’ end, Ilana Glazer has worked on several projects, such as the 2024 comedy Babes and her recent stand-up special, Ilana Glazer: Human Magic.
