A London court has convicted a man of harassing people connected to the Royal Household, according to GB News.

According to the publication, the 31-year-old, Jack Lyons,  was found guilty at City of Lonldon magistrates court of harassing Alastair Todd, the Duke of Gloucester's chief adviser, Chelsea Pearce, Mr Todd's personal assistant, and Jemima Hobbs, the Royal Household programme co-ordinator.

He was also convicted of harassing Zenouska Mowatt, the granddaughter of Princess Alexandra and great-great-granddaughter of King George V and 59th in line to the throne.

Lyons was described as "polite, but persistent" in trying to reach the Duke of Gloucester about a music copyright issue.

According to the report, the man used social media for harassment.

It said Ms Mowatt received Instagram messages in 2023, which she described as "unnerving" and "unsettling".

He began following her again a day after she blocked him.

Lyons used LinkedIn and Instagram to contact her in 2023.

"I was unnerved and upset" Mowatt told the trial," said at the trial.

During the trial Judge Michael Snow reportedly said,"She was closely followed online by him and not surprisingly she was unnerved and upset. The conduct was calculated to achieve that end."
