Amanda Seyfried joins thriller 'The Life And Death of Wilson Shedd' cast

The Life and Death of Wilson Shedd’s director, Tim Blake Nelson, has just now dished exciting details about his new project.

In an interview with Deadline, he revealed the name of cast members and also discussed why he casted them.

“I feel deeply fortunate to be able to tell this story with such an extraordinary lead cast,” the American director began by saying.

Amanda Seyfried and Scoot McNairy will star in the prison break thriller movie.

“I have always admired Amanda, and getting to work with her on Mona Fastvold’s film ANN LEE last summer confirmed for me what an extraordinary person she is aside from her talent,” Nelson lauded.

In the movie, a teacher, who is in an abusive marriage, gets a job in a penitentiary where she falls for a death row inmate.

However, the team hasn't made any official announcement regarding the movie's release.

Before concluding, the Leaves of Grass director shared, “As for Scoot, it’s great to be able to offer him such a demanding part. No one has seen him do what he’s about to accomplish in this role. It will be magnificent to be on set with these two performers.”
