Prince William to attend FA Cup final without Prince George

Prince William is set to attend the FA Cup final between Crystal Palace and Manchester City on Saturday.

Prince George, William's eldest son, is not expected to join his father for the final match which will be held at at Wembley Stadium.

According to the British media, Prince William and his son Prince George are are devoted Aston Villa fans.

Villa's painful FA Cup exit came less than two weeks after Prince William and Prince George watched on as their team were knocked out of the Champions League.

GB News reported that Prince William and Prince George attended both the first leg in Paris and the second leg in Birmingham of Aston Villa's quarter-final clash with Paris Saint-Germain.

The Prince of Wales attended last season's FA Cup final between Manchester United and Manchester City.

Crystal Palace, who have never won a major trophy in their history, will be hoping to inflict back-to-back FA Cup final defeats on Manchester City.
