Gwyneth Paltrow addresses Meghan Markle feud in rare comments

Gwyneth Paltrow just revealed her bond with the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle.

The Oscar-winning actress had an exclusive conversation with PEOPLE magazine at the Mindvalley Manifesting Summit in Los Angeles and talked about her unexpected friendship with the former royal.

Even though the pair haven’t spent much time together in person, she confirmed that the two do share a bond of friendship.

"We have a text friendship so far. I've been travelling quite a bit," the 52-year-old Iron Man actress confirmed.

Additionally addressing the ongoing speculations that the duo may have had tension in the past, Gwyneth unapologetically replied, "I don't like that, when people try to pit women against each other," she added. "It's just not the narrative we need."

The Shakespeare in Love star was also asked if she would up for joining Meghan Markle’s on-screen world, which includes her Netflix show, With Love, Meghan as well as her podcast, Confessions of a Female Founder.

Considering her potential appearance in season two of With Love, Meghan, Gwyneth Paltrow replied: "Sure! Why not? You never know."
