Jennifer Lopez embarks on a major post-divorce mansion makeover

Jennifer Lopez has embarked on an extravagant renovation of her new $21 million mansion in Hidden Hills, California, following her divorce from actor Ben Affleck.

The 55-year-old singer and actress, who finalized her split earlier this year, is now focused on transforming the sprawling 10,046-square-foot estate into her dream home, adding what insiders call a “sexy glow up” to reflect her new chapter as a single woman.

According to Daily Mail, “Jennifer is renovating the home to her satisfaction. She’s investing a lot because the estate includes a main house, guest house, and pool house.”

Moreover, the gated community, home to Kim and Khloe Kardashian, as well as Kris and Kylie Jenner, offers top-tier security, which Lopez values for her 16-year-old twins, Max and Emme.

Known for customizing every residence she moves into, the Unstoppable actress is putting her signature “light, bright, and flirty” aesthetic into the Hidden Hills property, as per the outlet. 

The estate also features a barn, stables, riding arena, gym, private theater, and even a slice of Hollywood history, it was once owned by rocker John Fogerty, who purchased it from Sylvester Stallone.

While she readies the home for summer, Lopez will soon be traveling for her Up All Night: Live in 2025 tour, with performances across Europe starting July 4 and ending in Turkey on August 7.

Meanwhile, Lopez and Affleck have struggled to sell their $61 million Beverly Hills estate, which remains on the market after a failed sale last year, as per the publication. 

Sources say the couple had differing visions for the mansion, with Lopez reportedly compromising on the style and location.
