Kate Winslet knows what her daughter might need most while on the set.

The eldest daughter of the Oscar-winning actress, Mia Threapleton, shared a relatable advice her mom gave her while was filming on the set of The Phoenician Scheme.

Mia told People at the movie's New York City premiere on Wednesday, May 28, that Kate advised her to eat properly and advised her to learn cooking too.

"'Just make sure that you eat enough sandwiches and learn how to cook chicken on your days off,' " Mia said with a laugh.

When asked about her film director Wes Anderson's "lunch club" she replied, "Lunch club is a huge thing! So the sandwiches were a very apt recommendation."

It is pertinent to mention that Kate welcomed Mia with her ex-husband Jim Threapleton. She is also mom to Joe Mendes, 20, and Bear Winslet, 10.

In a recent interview with Elle this month, Mia revealed that she does not use social media nor she have an account on any social networking site as her mom Kate Winslet did allow her before and she herself does not plan to.

"People say, ‘Oh, well done,’ to not having it, but I’ve never had it, so I don’t really know what the ‘Well done’ is for. I don’t want it," she told the outlet. "I don’t want to worry about dropping my phone out of a tree if I’m climbing one because I’m trying to take a photo of something."
