Miley Cyrus shares her experience of attending Met Gala 2025

Miley Cyrus has recently shared her experience of attending the Met Gala 2025.

Speaking on The Interview podcast, the 32-year-old singer described herself as the "misfit" for this year's edition of the biggest fashion event.

The Flowers hitmaker revealed that she was seated with "strangers" during the dinner portion of the event.

 “I was wearing Alaïa—who does not have a table—so I was kind of the misfit, which I'm always OK with,” said Miley.

“I'm used to that, it was fine,” she remarked. “It's just an interesting situation because everything that makes you comfortable is taken from you.”

For those unversed, Miley wore a custom leather crop top and floor-length skirt at the fashion biggest night.

The Hannah Montana alum completed her look by wearing a stacked three-ring necklace.

On the Vogue event's blue carpet, Miley said, "Really being proud of yourself and how you show up."

"I think of these gowns as, like, armor. It's a representation of power and strength. That's how I feel about fashion. So I love seeing everyone's way that they're showing up and presenting that power," she added.
