Christina Haack makes surprising revelation about her divorce with Josh Hall

Christina Haack has opened up about her feelings following the finalization of her divorce from ex-husband Josh Hall, describing the grueling process as both emotionally taxing and financially draining.

Appearing on Monday’s episode of SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live, the 41-year-old HGTV star revealed that the 12-hour mediation left her feeling “screwed.”

In regards to this, Haack said, “I heard a saying once, like, if you both think you’re screwed, then whatever you want. I don’t know how it goes…Look, it’s not great, but I guess it’s done.”

According to Daily Mail, Haack and Hall began dating in March 2021, got engaged in September of the same year, and tied the knot in October.

Moreover, their whirlwind romance came to an end in July 2024, when both parties filed for divorce just one day apart.

Shortly after the divorce was finalized on May 2, Haack took to Instagram Stories to express her relief, “I’m grateful to have this behind me. I can’t wait to move on with my life and focus on what’s ahead and all my blessings.” 

She also extended heartfelt thanks to her divorce attorney, Laura Wasser, calling her and her team “a true class act.”

As per the publication, the divorce was far from smooth. Haack alleged Hall demanded $3.5 million during negotiations, an accusation he has denied. 

Additionally, Hall was accused of transferring $35,000 from Haack’s bank account to his own, which he also refuted.

Despite the turmoil, Haack appears to be turning a new page. 

Furthermore, she is now dating businessman Christopher Larocca, with whom she made her red-carpet debut in May at a For Your Consideration Emmy event for The Flip Off, her HGTV series co-starring her ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa, and his wife, Heather.
