Meghan Markle has seemingly made a major shift when it comes to the future of her brand, and her social media footprint.

Brand and Culture expert Nick Ede is the one to deliver this claim.

He believes even the Duchess’ post for Princess Lilibet’s birthday, the Disneyland pictures as well as the video for Father’s day showcase a change in the tides.

He believes “Meghan and her team know that her value is not in the UK anymore and that it lies in the USA., so it makes sense for her to be posting when her US fans are awake.”

But, “It also means that the media in the US will pick up on any posts she makes, again making the narrative much more sympathetic to her than traditional media in the UK.”

There is also another aspect, according to Express UK the time Meghan chose to share this snap was at 11pm, UK time, “meaning that many people in the country didn’t see it until the next day. Meanwhile, the US audience would have mainly still been awake when the Instagram video went live,” the outlet claimed.

What’s most pertinent is that this shift came within the same time frame as Meghan’s move towards Method Communications, a US based PR company.
