Jeremy Allen White plays the iconic guitarist Bruce Springsteen in upcoming movie, Deliver Me From Nowhere.

In a new chat with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show, the Bear actor weighed in on the response he received after trailer of Bruce Springsteen’s biopic dropped on June 18th.

Reflecting on his experience, Jeremy began. “Getting that out, it was so much pressure.”

He went on to address the emotional impact the fans’ reaction had on him adding that he got more texts after the trailer’s release than he did after winning a Golden Globe for his super hit series, The Bear.

“You’re playing a real person — never mind Bruce Springsteen,” he said and confessed. and I was really touched [when] the trailer came out.”

“I had more texts than when I blacked out and won that Golden Globe [for The Bear],” he added.

In conclusion, he remarked, “I didn’t realise trailers were that big of a thing.”
