Thomas Shelby, probably Cillian Murphy’s most loved character from the show Peaky Blinders, will soon make a comeback in a movie this time.
The 49-year-old Irish actor, who first appeared as the gangster back in 2013, will continue to portray the future of the Shelby family, from where the original series left off.
The feature film is a Netflix project, and the streaming site’s official Instagram account revealed the title, first poster, and the release date for the movie on Friday, December 5.
“The legendary gypsy gangster Tommy Shelby returns in Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man. In select theaters March 6 and on Netflix March 20 2026,” read the caption on the announcement post.
Alongside Murphy, the character of Shelby’s sister, played by Sophie Rundle, Stephen Graham, Ned Dennehy, Packy Lee, and Ian Peck, will be the returning cast members from the original series,s which concluded in 2022.
Meanwhile, Barry Keoghan, Tim Roth, Jay Lycurgo, and Rebecca Ferguson are the new additions to the Peaky Blinders’ story.
