If you grew up in the 1990s, you must have a vivid memory of the iconic television jingles: the Dairy Milk song and the Cocomo song.

Do you what's common between the two? Well, Asim Azhar and his pipes, which powered both ad campaigns.

The actor and singer recently took to Twitter to answer a fan query and ended up revealing that he in fact sang both recognisable songs.

"Jee, yay sach hai. I was about 10 when I recorded the 'kitna maza aaye ray' dairymilk wala gaana. Bonus: cocomo mujhe bhi do was also me," he wrote.

It's true what they say, behind every successful Pakistani jingle is a young Asim Azhar.
