‘Ertugrul’ lead star Altan Duzyatan meets Make-A-Wish Pakistani children virtually

Leading Turkish star Engin Altan Duzyatan, who essays the role of 'Ertugrul' in historic drama series Dirilis: Ertugrul, communicated with three Pakistani Make-A-Wish children via a Facebook live session.

The children were donning traditional outfits from the historic drama series Dirilis: Ertugrul.

Children Sidra, Fiza and Sohail presented a gift sword to Altan. Turkish Consulate General received the gift on behalf of him.

Pakistani superstar Humayun Saeed, Commissioner of Karachi and others were also present on the occasion.

Altan said, “I am very happy for this love from Pakistan.”

About the role of Ertugrul, he said, “It was very very difficult but was amazing”.

A volunteer from the Make-A-Wish Foundation sang the title song of Dirilis: Ertugrul during the live session.

At the start of the session, Make-A-Wish Foundation Pakistan founder Ishtiaq Baig told Altan Duzyatan that he (Altan Duzyatan) is so popular in Pakistan that 'even if he contests election here, he will honestly win and become member of the parliament.'
