Kate Middleton refrains from sharing type of cancer as she names hospital

Kate Middleton on Tuesday finally disclosed the name of the hospital where she was treated for cancer last year.

The Princess of Wales issued a statement after a visit to the medical facility.

She said, "I wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you to The Royal Marsden for looking after me so well during the past year.

My heartfelt thanks goes to all those who have quietly walked alongside William and me as we have navigated everything."

She, however, refrained from sharing what type of cancer did she have.

The Princess of Wales said in September last year that she had completed chemotherapy.

The wife of Prince William carried out a few engagements in 2024 year, which included her annual Christmas carol concert.

The visit to the hospital today was her first public appearance of 2025. It's expected that the future queen will also disclose the type of cancer she had once she is completely out of woods.

According to multiple media reports, Kate Middleton is cancer free but the royal family has discussed little about the disease and the treatment she received.
