Jason Derulo and Bollywood star Nora Fatehi, have collaborated on new music with a blend of Eastern and Western influences.

The unpopular pair released their single, Snake, on Sunday, January 16 with a mix of Indian and East Asian sounds and a hint of Western pop.

"'Snake' has been a dream project of mine, and I’m thrilled to finally share this exotic song with the world," said the Canadian dancer and actress in a statement.

“Collaborating with Jason Derulo has been an incredible experience—his artistry as a performer brought the exact energy and magic I envisioned for the music video," it continued.

Fatehi added that they "fused futuristic Moroccan influences with urban styles, creating a powerful showcase of dance and expression like never before.”

Moreover, Derulo gushed over the 32-year-old star and called Fatehi a "true creative willing to push the boundaries of the norm."

"We wanted to make something new and fresh that crosses genres for a never-before-heard sound,” the Glad U Came said.
